Called to the gospel ministry at the age of three, he was ordained at the age of twelve. He matriculated at Davidson College and Texas Christian University. In 1983, he chose to follow the call of God upon his life to Pastor and founded the Shiloh Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Christ Cathedral in Ft. He has been the host of “Prophetic Summit”, the premier prophetic event in the DFW area for the past 30 years. He is the author of the books, “Understanding the Flow of the Anointing”, “For Better or For Worse” and “Something To Offer”.

Gifted as a distinguished establishmentarian and cleric, Bishop Allen has been actively involved in progressive ministries throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for more than 20 years, espousing the belief that ministry cannot be limited to the church, nor preaching to the pulpit. He is active in many organizations, including Grace International Fellowship of Churches (2nd Assistant Presiding Bishop), The Black Ecumenical Leadership Alliance of Fort Worth (Vice President), and Prophetic Ministries Covenant Alliance, Inc.—an alliance of churches and ministries for which Apostle Allen provides apostolic covering and oversight (Founder/Apostle).

Anointed with a heavy apostolic and prophetic mantle, Bishop Allen is a widely sought after conference speaker, author, and lecturer. His unique blend of revelatory exegesis and evangelistic preaching style is seasoned with a highly accurate prophetic flow and a distinctly anointed apostolic mandate for healing, apostolic order, and economic empowerment. Bishop Allen has ministered to countless thousands who have been set free by the power of God’s anointing flowing heavily through his preaching and teaching.

Bishop Allen is the husband of Mrs. Otonya Eskridge-Allen and the father of Ryan Augustus, Regan Arden and Railey Alyse Allen

Co-Pastor
Otonya Allen

Otonya Eskridge was born in Memphis, Tennessee. Her early developmental years revealed a love for the things of God and the ability to excel in academics and the arts.

Jesus Christ being the Lord of her life, Otonya received salvation at the age of 12 and accepted her call to gospel ministry at age 13. As a child evangelist, her spiritual foundation was developed and fortified under the watchful tutelage of her pastor, the late Presiding Bishop J.O. Patterson, Sr. at the Pentecostal Temple Institutional Church Of God In Christ (Memphis, TN) where she directed the youth choir, taught Sunday School and served as Fine Arts Director. After the demise of her pastor, she was led of the Lord to become a member of Temple Of Deliverance Church Of God In Christ under the leadership of Bishop Gilbert E. Patterson in Memphis, Tennessee.

Embracing a spirit of excellence as a lifestyle, Otonya Eskridge’s secular and ministerial career has been both challenging and rewarding. As a corporate executive, she headed a department for one of the largest banks in Memphis, Tennessee. In 1996, Miss Eskridge left the banking industry and began to serve in full time ministry as personal secretary to Bishop G. E. Patterson. As Conference Coordinator for G. E. Patterson Crusade Ministries from 1997 to 2001, she organized and coordinated many conferences and crusades. After Bishop Patterson’s election to the office of Presiding Bishop of the Church Of God In Christ in 2000, he appointed Ms. Otonya Eskridge as the first woman in the history of the Church Of God In Christ to serve as Executive Assistant to the Presiding Bishop. Otonya serves as a National Evangelist conducting conferences, seminars, revivals, crusades and leadership encounters throughout the United States. She has ministered on 3 continents. She is the author of the book Practical Answers To 15 Hard Questions. She is the host of Perfect Health God's Way which is her weekly radio ministry broadcast. She is the host of the Women Of Award Winning Faith Women's Conference as well as the weekly Lunch Break Hour of Power Prayer Time. In April of 2015 St. Thomas Christian University recognized the gifting of this woman of God and conferred upon her a Doctorate of Divinity Degree.

Always aware of the call of destiny upon her life, Miss Otonya Eskridge was united in holy matrimony to Dr. Sherman C. Gee Allen and became a wife, mother, First Lady and Co-Pastor of Christ Cathedral Church.
